YSKT Workshops
Step 1) Download a yskt student info form and a workshop registration form. They ask for information for the workshop you are enrolling in as well as some information about you and a your child, if you are new to Elmhurst Yoga Shala or Yoga Shala Kids and Teens. The forms are in .pdf format.
Step 2) Fill out the forms and send them along with payment to:Yoga Shala Kids & Teens, NFP 506 Spring Rd. Elmhurst, IL 60126 or drop both the form and payment by the studio.
An email confirming your registration and payment will be sent to the email address entered on the form. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us at 630-993-YOGA or by email.
