Step 1) Download a yskt student info form and a registration form. They ask for information for the session you are enrolling in as well as some information about you and a your child, if you are new to Elmhust Yoga Shala or Yoga Shala Kids and Teens. The forms are in .pdf format.
Step 2) Fill out the forms and send them along with payment to:

or drop both the form and payment by the studio.
An email confirming your registration and payment will be sent to the email address entered on the form.
